Micadia Consulting Ltd. was established in 2003, with the goal of assisting retailers in growing their business.

It is our belief that the word "retail" is prevalent in all walks of life but most especially from behind a counter, in a retail store.

The mantra of Micadia Consulting is “To provide new approaches to retail success” “Maybe I Can’t Always Do It Alone,” stems from the vision that a business cannot exist without imagination, intuition, persistence, and even a little humor! When an entrepreneur decides to start a business, there is an “Ah ha” moment. From that small bit of creativity, grows something that can survive through global, national, and local crises, a business that is strong, and still fun. If the business owner is gong to invest time, money, and energy in starting or continuing a business, it must be based on a sound business plan and must always have creative energy for growth and success.

To give a person who owns their own business the chance to increase their profits by renewing their passion is as important as developing a strong customer base, or buying the right product to sell to just the right customer---be it a holiday gift or a house!

Micadia also provides business coaching with a specialty in retailing. Coaching can be done with small groups or on an individual basis. Workshops can also be structured for the company that wants to include all their employees in a custom designed program.
